Myself and a bunch of friends are in the process of setting up a very similar operation to your xen-hosting.org.

We've got a /27 and allocated four IP addresses to each Xen guest, and we're just trying to work out the best way to make xen-shell's bandwidth command report bandwidth usage for all four interfaces. At the moment, we have the following patch:

...which seems to work. Is there a better way?
